The 8-Week Strength Lab is designed to help you get comfortable with lifting technique, build strength safely, and progress week after week – in a supportive group of just 4 people.

Bring your squad or come solo and I’ll match you with a crew!

What’s included:

​

  • 1 x 75-minute session per week at a time that suits your group

  • Learn the key lifts (squat, press, pull, hinge)

  • Build strength and see your progress week by week

  • Sign up in a group of 4 with your mates, work colleagues or family

  • Gain the knowledge to train on your own safely and effectively

  • 10% off treatments with Re+vive South Canterbury, across the 8 week strength lab period (discount limited to one appointment per week)

 

All of this for just $40pp per week!

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Maybe you’re completely new and want the right coaching from the get-go, or you’ve trained before but feel a little rusty.

 

It’s all about helping you get stronger, more confident and comfortable in the gym, without spending hours there every week.

Train together, feel stronger together.  Grab your besties, your mum, your kids or even a workmate to make a group of 4! Flying solo? No worries, I’ll team you up with a supportive crew. Ages 14+ welcome!
