I'm Kaitlyn, a personal trainer with a background in healthcare, on a mission to help you with strength and confidence that extends far beyond the gym.
Whether you’re new to training, needing some extra support to stay consistent, returing from injury/ a break or looking for a new challenge, I've got you.
I'm stoked to be offering personal training as part of the Lift HQ Timaru family. Lift HQ and I share values - community, support, empowerment and a focus on overall wellbeing. It’s a place where people come first, and that I am proud to be a part of. My coaching is accessible by both members and non-members of Lift HQ.

SQUAD
Prefer to train with your crew?
The SQUAD is small group training for couples, friends, or workmates who want to train together and stay accountable.
You’ll get a structured, coach-led session with personalised tweaks for each person, so everyone gets what they need, without flying solo.
Up to 4 people.
$40pp for 60 minutes
$25pp for 30 minutes
Book a casual 1:1 coaching session, when it suits you.
Whether you’re stuck with your program, want a form check, or just feel like having someone in your corner for a solid session.
